Mr. Ashok Kumar has been practicing in law regularly since 1993 in the Supreme Court of India, High Courts & various District Courts and Tribunals in the country. He has conducted several cases on behalf of the Central Government, State Governments, Government of NCT and Union Territories as Council since 1993 in various Civil, Customs, Central Excise, labour Matters, Anti-Dumping, Service Tax, Sales Tax, DRT, Criminal, Land Acquisition & Service Matters etc.

He has appeared in more than thousands of cases in all fields independently and/or along with leading Senior Advocates, Law Officers in the Supreme Court of India on the Panel of Union of India and State Government etc, Having Experience of all types of drafting e.g. Writ Petition. S.LP. (civil and criminal), Election Petitions, Land Acquisition Matters, Tax Matters, Bank Recovery Matters, Company Petitions and different kinds of Counter Affidavits, Rejoinder Affidavits and Contempt Petitions etc.

Adv. Mohnish Nirwan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive expertise across diverse areas of law including Criminal, Civil, Company, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). With a robust background in litigation and team management, he possesses over 5 years of hands-on experience appearing before esteemed judicial forums such as the Supreme Court, High Courts of Delhi, Punjab & Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, as well as various specialized tribunals including NCLT, NCLAT, and NCDRC.

His proficiency extends to conducting thorough legal research using platforms like Manupatra, SCC, and other specialized legal databases, ensuring comprehensive and well-informed representation for clients. Adv. Nirwan excels both in individually handling complex legal matters and in effectively managing teams to deliver optimal results.
